Who we are

This website is run by tiiing.ai (ABN 44 781 032 349). This policy covers the website. Your organisation’s use of the tiiing.ai service is covered by its customer agreement and data processing agreement.

What we collect

When you book a demo, we collect your name, organisation and email address, and anything you tell us about the issues you work on.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our site analytics don’t use cookies and don’t identify you. If you use the country switch, a cookie remembers your choice.

Why we collect it

To arrange your demo, set tiiing.ai up on your issues for it, and follow up with you about the service. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

The site is hosted by Vercel, and demo requests reach us by email through Resend. Both may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

If you don’t become a customer, we delete your demo request within 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@tiiing.ai. If you’re not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
